Neo is absolutely right, Pluto rules all those things and so does Uranus and much more. Venus (Cancer) and the US Midheaven (Libra ruled by Venus) the US Midheaven is ruled by the Moon which is right now being conjuncted by Neptune. QOP I saw that clip, a bit of it anyway. I'm disgusted with Sarah but isn't she just the epitomy of the GOP. I learned to shoot around 10 yrs old too, at targets. I have dogs but the men in my life have got me a rifle. It's the whole living in a forest with real wild animals, cougars, mountain lion, coyotes..haven't seen any wolves, and the bears are extinct here. We go out as a family to the target range and shoot cans and milk cartons. The only thing I've ever shot at a living creature was an air gun at a black widow.

There is talk that Palin's book has tanked. I guess some of the big money guys in the GOP have pulled her plug. I would love to hear her now. I find it amazing to watch this-we are so very manipulated-Neptune/Chiron on the US Moon? Palin is a flash in the pan but "the people" seem to be easily pushed into believing whatever the powers that be want us to believe or so it seems to me today.

Hey QOP I'm stopping by on the snowy TN Sunday...I despise the notion of the Bush era tax cuts continuing, but if it means my unemployment benefits can continue with as few hiccups as possible, I'll have to pinch my nose and accept it. I've been out of work since March 2009, and at almost 48 years old and 1988 to 2009 wasted at a company that apparently never cared, I'm finding it very hard to even get an interview.

Pardon my self-indulgence, but here's hoping one of our astrology pals could give me a glimpse of hope(I was born 1/24/63 Jackson TN at 1:15 pm) because lately I haven't found music, except in my music.

I have a friend with her NN there too. She has given up an opera career, ( NO reflection on her magnificent voice, just externals) and has now decided to focus on a jazz career instead, cutting a CD etc. She DOES have a mundane day job. Recently she has revised her external appearance to reflect her ambition, ( never occured to her before not to go around in baggy sweats!) Her new hairdo & dressing efforts are already bringing dividends,as well as focusing on the nutureing, serving, bringing a message to people, emotionally based cancerian traits of her NN.
IMHO, your post re: conspiracy planet, is reflective of your S node's, (on the cusp of the 9th house, conjunct your Sun,) focus on gov. structure, big picture, crumbling, being, destroyed, transformed by Pluto there....... SCAREY! DON"T GO THERE!

Good Morning everyone!! Christmas is coming for those of us who celebrate and I imagine for everyone since you can't really be in the US and not be touched by all the hoop-de-lah. this family does not have the kind of ease that we have had in years before but we are pulling together and there will be surprises for the young ones and little things for the grown-ups. AND!! Christmas food for all who are here and who drop by.
QOP put up the astro for John Boehner. One of the dangers of being an astrologer is the love one can feel for someone through knowing their chart. I felt such an affinity for Boehner that I won't be laughing at him anymore although I do wonder how long he can support the dichotomy between his ideals and the shit work he must do for the Big Guys AND the damage done to his feeling nature.

Okay!! regarding the Mercury/Pluto conjunction and the Mars coming up. I went through absolute hell today trying to get a refill of a pain reliever which I had discussed with my physician way back in 11/30/2010. OMG!!I received lecture after lecture form everyone I spoke with while a patiently explained that my doctor was expecting me to call for a refill but...my doctor was out of the office and no one would act on my request. Well my natal Neptune is at 9 Libra/retrograde-I am expecting to have more uproar over dealing with corporate medicine kaiser-jeez this was crazy until my doctor called and was so shocked to hear what I had been through-she wasn't upset with me in any way-we know each other. I imagine that this will be going on for sometime in one form or another. The only thing I can say is that I will probably not turn violent since this is my Neptune and Pluto,Mercury,Mars are trining my own Mars,etc. Okay enough of my whining but I knew you would understand.

QOP-I got what I needed as soon as I could connect with my doctor. I was describing a day of confronting some very stirred up workers who were just so sure that I was a problem patient when I was not and they were really stirred up with inadequate/erroneous info-the Mercury/rx with Pluto, Mars and N Node. I was startled by how convoluted my journey got and with no real anything except that I walked into the area of opiates and the new official position for these drugs that I explained that I needed a refill. Still I learned something that I will have all this stuff squaring my natal Neptune ( well of course not the rx Mercury) and my mind wanted me to be conscious of this and NOW I am. Interesting.

I sent Reiki yesterday to a beautiful little 4 yr old girl in Australia, ( along with others in the group)
Her loving & grateful Father reports she is coming home from the hospital today, NO cancer diagnosed after the PET scans CAT scans!

I am blessed and I don't say this enough. I just finished making egg rolls for Steve and his BFF, Rev. Green and here we are with nice warm bellies from eating something that would have cost $20 is we had to pay someone else to bring us egg rolls until we were full. Went by my daughter's to give her the end of the "chicken and dumplings" (faux)and she had a container full of potaote-corn chowder that she made last night. My point here being that my days go on and on like this and I just take it for granted-fortunately this is the season to notice the beauty of our ordinary lives.

One of my favorite financial visuals is an upside-down pyramid with the riskiest investments broadly at the top and gold at the bottom tip. Investors have been moving toward less risk over several years. Next to gold the safest investment has been sovereign bonds such as US Treasury Bonds. Globally sovereign bonds are collapsing. The FED has purchased more US bonds than Japan or China. The music is over!

Pluto has a lot of years left in Capricorn. I think next to be torn down are value systems.
