It is August 20, 2006 and the peace in Lebanon and Israel is uneasy. There is no peace in Iraq and Afghanistan is blowing up into a mess. George Bush and his administration are dancing, and it would seem they are dancing in the dark. Unable to see what they are doing and maybe they don’t even know why anymore but they need to “begin the beguine.” In fact looking at Lieberman, George Allen, Santorum, and a few others, they will have to find a way to begin that beguine all over again.

I would like to make quick order of my predictions over the next couple of months (unless something unusual comes up) because we are in a horse race and Saturn and Neptune are in their stalls, waiting, dancing; Jupiter is slowly moving into position. By the time Saturn reaches the opposition to Neptune, Mercury will have passed over Saturn (bringing some bad news) the Moon and Venus will slip on by Saturn, lulling us or making us susceptible to the dream weavers spinning their spin of all is well, on the 31st of August Saturn sends a poison kiss to Neptune, but not before all those planets in Leo settle a mantle of frustrated anger over Israel. They are already waiting for the Hezbollah to sneeze wrong; waiting for any excuse to start the fury rolling once again fighting for what they believe is their land, just as they fought in 1948. This is fury stored in their collective and their second Saturn return brings that collective fury to the fore, and they have been dealing with that energy all spring and summer. This second Saturn return finds them in the position of feeling as if they once again have to prove that the land is theirs and everyone is trying to take it away. It’s a very complicated collective psyche with which they are dealing and the Saturn/Neptune opposition plus being their second Saturn return will not make any of this easier for them to see what is really happening to them.

I predict that there will be another outbreak between Israel and the Hezbollah before Sept. is over, maybe before the end of August, the next three days look pretty unstable for them. The Balfour Agreement signed between the Zionists and England in 1917 is also under stress right now, and I expect to hear more about that in the coming months.

The Balfour Declaration was a letter dated November 2, 1917, from British Foreign Secretary Arthur James Balfour, to Lord Rothschild (Walter Rothschild, 2nd Baron Rothschild), a leader of the British Jewish community, for transmission to the Zionist Federation, a private Zionist organization. The letter stated the position, agreed at a British Cabinet meeting on October 31, 1917, that the British government supported Zionist plans for a Jewish "national home" in Palestine, with the condition that nothing should be done which might prejudice the rights of existing communities there. It is also interesting to note that during this period Joseph Stalin set up the Jewish Autonomous Oblast in Asiatic Russia, which still exists today. (Wikipedia)

Saturn and Neptune are both squaring my Mercury so I can say with some authority that it’s pretty bad for encouraging whining, complaining, feeling sorry for yourself, insecurity, rigid thinking and putting your foot in your mouth at all the wrong times. You gotta be careful when Saturn and Neptune are playing with your planets. So I take some pleasure in knowing there are other people in the world going through the same thing. Let’s take George Allen and his ugly stupid and racist “macaca” remark. He made that when Saturn was squaring his Mars and will continue to shoot himself down as Saturn conjuncts his Pluto and opposes his Venus. James Webb has some Saturn opposition to his Aquarius planets so the Virginia election will come down to the last man standing.

Lieberman has Saturn at 22 and Mars at 23 Taurus. He will find himself on his own and I don’t think his new best friends the GOP will be able to help him in time to win in November.

Keep your eye on the Rick Santorum race, he too has Saturn transits coming very soon (before November) if Rick squeaks by it will be as a weasel and there will be a price to pay for that. Rick is prone to making ridiculous remarks and sticking his foot in his mouth on his good days (Mercury oppose Jupiter) look for his Dem opposition to rise in the polls, and we will have to see if he can make that rise last until Election Day, Rick is well funded.

This is the first Saturn/Neptune opposition to it’s conjunction in Jan. 1989 (when George Sr. was inaugurated) forming a challenge to that agenda which was interrupted with the Clinton election in 1992, and the question is whether the son can carry that agenda of a New World Order to success. He isn’t doing so well right now, but he’s doing better from their perspective than from the people’s perspective. This Saturn/Neptune will trine and sextile respectively GWB’s Jupiter and Uranus, making a nice bow tie opportunity for success, but his sense of “divine” right promised in this aspect could be the seeds for the final undoing.

There are situations running across the world that would grab The New World Order out of their hands in future years.

Saturn/Neptune oppositions are famous for creating UNFOUNDED FEARS things that will never happen, but there will still be a collective world wide fears, paranoia, anxiety and depression. That’s world wide, not just in America. Tempers will be short, feelings easily hurt and apprehensions everywhere. I expect many of you have already noticed, those of you in any type of healing or energy work will find some frantic clients coming to your door. As I’ve said before, this opposition activates the 1999 Grand Fixed Cross Eclipse, and one of the immediate effects of that eclipse was a massive tragic earthquake in Turkey, so I do expect an earthquake coming between the 22 and Sept. 10th, either actually or figuratively. It won’t necessarily be Turkey but it will feel cataclysmic where ever it lands. It’s essential for all those poetically called “light workers” to stay centered yourself and hold a space for quiet meditation. We are actually all healers in our own way and so this advice goes for all.

I don’t want to say the “Middle East” is heating up, because the Middle East is always heating up and we don’t need astrology to tell us that.

I am trying to cover a great deal I know and these are just smatterings of what to expect in the near future. I don’t want to get too far ahead of myself because these will be covered more in depth at another time, but there are two eclipses coming in September, a Lunar on the 7th at 15 Pisces, and a Solar on the 22 at 29 Virgo (directly opposite the Sun at the beginning of the Iraq war) we are under the influence of those eclipses now. They relate to Saros Series 8 South. “Separation and loss. To be parted. To finish something, and to feel sad at its completion. Physical injury is possible through over-straining one’s strength. This is not the time to undertake strenuous physical activities.” (Bernadette Brady, the Eagle and the Lark) A couple of times these eclipses made their presence known was in 1916 and 1934, traumatic years, course it also showed up in less traumatic years. Still, with the 7th in conjunction to Uranus, and Uranus traveling back over that point next spring this Lunar Eclipse promises to upset applecarts.

One last point, there is a woman running for President of France http://news.independent.co.uk/europe/article1220627.ece and she is very popular. France may once again point the way to the future for America. They have always been our bellweather country to show what we could be, if she wins the United States just could see a woman in the White House in 2008 or 2012.

P.S. John Mark Karr (Dec. 11, 1964, Hamilton, Ala.) I will be shocked if he killed Jon Benet Ramsey. He is capable of violence, especially toward women, but I don’t think it was him. He doesn’t have aspects to her birth or death chart that indicate he killed her or had the opportunity to kill her.
