Just where is the beginning of the "Plame" affair? As with all pieces of ugly business, there are several dates, several involved 'players' and each had a different 'beginning.' The whole mess starts with a breakin at the Niger Embassy in Rome sometime on January 1st, 2001. I will take a noon time (although my Scorpio Sun and Agatha Christie bent says it HAD to be about 3 or 4 am, the witching hours) The Noon Chart does put the Moon (ruler of the 4th) in the 12th House, and the Embassy was closed on January 1st making the daytime a better target than a flashlight bobbing around in the middle of the night.
The thieves were seedy to be sure, but all they took was some Embassy stationary and some official Niger stamps and turned those items into a nice piece of change as they peddled them around Europe, who immediately pegged them for what they were.

Notice from the above story this all took place before 9/11, even before the US Inauguration, leaving one with the question of how did our spy/crooks even know their forgeries would be worth anything? I find that very interesting question.
Fast forward to Feb. 26, 2002 (again a noon chart) from Washington, DC, Joe Wilson (after being vetted by the FBI and CIA) is dispatched to Niger to see what he could find out about uranium to Iraq, as we now know, he found nothing except that the documents were forged. Astrologically, Saturn (recently having turned direct from its famous Sept. opposition to Pluto, stood at 8 degrees of Gemini, the US Nuclear degee, conjuncting the US Uranus)
Wilson didn't have a reason I can fathom to lie about what he found out in Niger. There was a Venus square Pluto aspect that day, pointing to a Casablanca type intrigue, with this Venus conjuncting GWB's inaugural Venus, leading me to believe this administration knew about Joe Wilson's trip before he made it and they were part of the vetting process.
AS an interesting side note, there are several cross over aspects between the Jan. 1, 2001 breakin and 9/11. Sun oppose Jupiter, Mercury square Mercury and Venus oppose Uranus - fulfillment?
Back to the story. On Sept. 9, 2002, Nicolo Pollari (the head of the Italian Military Intelligence) meets secretely with Stephen Hadley and Condi Rice, they were looking for the documents directly so they could bypass the CIA and get the documents directly into the hands of George W. Bush and his Veep. Jupiter was opposing Neptune, they were on a mission. Jupiter oppose Neptune can indicate a belief in a divine mission. But they wanted those documents and expected to have them.
Most of the rest of the story is history. George Bush talkes about the uranium as fact in the fall of 2002 and Tenet tries to get that part of his speech removed, but it showed up again at the SOTU.
For all you astrologers, run these dates and you will see how many cross aspects this web creates. Maybe I've seen too many movies or read too many mysteries but all their secrets, and intrigues are so immature to me, like little boys playing a game. Forged documents by a bunch of liars and crooks, sold to a bunch of liars and crooks then marketed and spun to a society steeped in illusions and no chance of having the entire story told to them with any honesty. These people who fashion themselves as the rulers of the world should be a board game.
George is a symbol of this country and our past tendencies to believe we were and are the best, a symbol for our own behaviors and beliefs. It's nearly time to help him move along. Expect a major blow to Scooter's defense next month as the progressed Moon moves to a square to his arraignment his Uranus and Mars, lots of bombshells with that one.
