Has it only been 14 months since the last Inauguration? Hard to believe. I watched the Larry King tribute to Don Knotts and his role of Barney. It made me think about the 50's in the sleepy town in which I grew up, it was a lot like Mayberry in those days. I couldn't help but think that throughout the entire decade of the 50's nothing happened in the world along the same relentless scale that is happening today.
I cannot even imagine one of these scandals in this administration not throwing the whole lot of them out of office.
We literally slept in this country from the late 40's until the day JFK was shot down in Dallas, and now look at us.
From November 2000 right on to 2004 I kept files of all the lies all the obfuscation that was going on, all the scandals but they became too many to keep and I think the last 14 months have surpassed them.
The rising energy into the Eclipse on the 14th is taking off. A few hours before the eclipse Mercury (Rx) will be in an exact trine to Jupiter, I expect a new scandal, a new shockwave hitting the US before the next Solar Eclipse on the 29th, maybe even two. Is anyone keeping score out there?
Give me a couple of days and I will have a new article up. One of WV's posts gave me an idea. Shylurker, I grew up down around Joplin, MO and they used to be Conservative. I grew up in Southeastern Kansas where Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Kansas all come together. If Joplin is upset with the "Bush deals" I wonder if Kansas can be too far behind.
I agree with Pallas, "if they are so concerned about the 'dictator' qualities of this administration, why did they pass the Patriot's Act in total" We need to really start looking at ALL politicians no matter the party.
