So far I’ve counted about 250 speeches Mr. Bush has made in the last 10 days, or maybe that’s just the number of times I’ve seen the clips. At any rate, there is another speech tonight (Dec. 18, 2005, 9:00pm Washington, DC)
In astrology, it’s the tightest aspects in a chart that are the most evident, carrying the most immediate impact. In this chart the very first aspect to jump out would be the exact by degree and minute, Venus Chiron conjunction in the 6th house of work and health. I would expect something about a pandemic flu thrown into his speech, or possibly New Orleans and healing or Iraq and healing, yada, yada, yada. But “healing” is going to be a theme.
The next aspect jumping up and down for our attention is my favorite, Mercury square Uranus and that is nearly exact. Course Sharon’s little stroke could have been the surprise, or the organized protests by the South Koreans against the obscene WTO in Hong Kong was an exciting surprise, but there is a big slip up that went on today and I think we will hear about it soon.

I also think there is some kind of signal of more restrictions for “the people” coming from this speech with the Moon in an applying conjunction to Saturn and “the people” won’t like it. Moon applying to a square to Mars in the 9th and Mars applying to a square to Saturn in the 12th spells limitations, and it will take a few days to unravel exactly what those limitations might entail.
A friend of mine said she had a feeling this speech would not go over well, I think her “feeling is correct.” If he begins exactly at 9:00pm (EST) and the Moon and Saturn continues to be in the 12th house, the seething anger this chart shows will not be readily seen or known, but there is and will be seething anger from the people toward this speech and what is said.
Wolf Blitzer can barely contain himself, he is so excited about the Rpresident addressing the public from the Oval Office, cause he rarely talks to the people at all, much less from the Oval Office. I realize the routine is the same every three to four months, 1st the scandal or disaster that turns into a scandal, then the media and political positive spin, then a "move on" message and we wait for the next one, even so the opportunity for "popcorn time" is here.

Post Script: The "restriction" was the message of more of the same and it will cost more money. I think the Venus/Chiron conjunction was played out The "slip-up" was Joe Biden and Lindsey Graham saying "there won't be a democracy" that's unrealistic." The questions will be "so tell us again, why are we there." Every single reason given regarding this war have effectively been de-bunked. Slowly the anger will rise.
