They are sitting there, begging, screaming, dying and desperate for help. First believing and then crying out to a failed and leaderless government who has betrayed a city in the United States of America. No one is in command, they knew New Orleans was a disaster waiting to happen, they knew Thursday August 25th that Katrina would be a level 4 or 5 when it hit New Orleans. They knew the levees could only withstand a level 3 Hurricane. They told people to get out, just get out. No plan, no assistance, no direction, just get out. Those who were trapped there were left to die in the New Orleans bowl. No one has come to their aid, no water, no food, dead bodies floating or pushed up against wall, contamination everywhere.

Pluto too is sitting there and has been sitting patiently, quietly, making sure his heavy hand is felt upon Louisiana (conjunct her Moon and oppose her Venus) Mississippi (conjunct her Jupiter, Neptune and square her Pluto) Alabama (conjunct her Sun and Uranus and square her Saturn) The fact is, Pluto will affect several states in the South, look for Georgia to erupt soon, probably over gasoline and their own over-developed infrastructure.

Pluto turns direct in opposition to the US Mars and will square US Neptune. The very depth of depravity that this aspect bespeaks and which we have seen in Iraq is coming home to our shores. There is a place in the brain where people go when trying to survive, it’s the oldest most primitive part of the brain called the Reptilian Brain and therein lies the worst of ourselves, the animal, instinctive part. We will do whatever it takes to survive when afraid. Some say Karl Rove has been a genius in tapping into our Reptilian selves encouraging us to behave from the “worst” part of ourselves. And if we are not careful this disaster will be turned into the worst part of ourselves.

One almost gets the sense that leaving a segment of the poorest of the population in Dante’s Inferno was amusing, planned. Perhaps that is the new charge of FEMA, “when disaster strikes, whoever doesn’t get out, dies.” Could Bush have been looking for ways to start riots in this country so martial law could be installed?

There are companies and people lined up to help the hurricane victims and they cannot get into Mississippi or Louisiana. There is water and food available and could be given to them but has been denied. Why would that be? A congress that saunters back to Washington to enact a Bill for Aid and only God knows when or if that money will be distributed. Why? The greatest national disaster to hit the United States and there is little to point to that’s been done after 5 days. Why? They don’t want to. Look at Iraq, the only reliable services is within the Green Zone, the people don’t matter. It feels as if we have been taken over by the “pod” people, and they have their own “Green Zone” in Washington. They had no plan because a plan isn’t important except in Texas and Florida. We will see “refugee” camps for Americans, guarded by our own soldiers.

The most dramatic effect of Pluto is like the sewage water being pumped out of the Big Easy, pumping out the life of the George Bush presidency begun January 20, 2001 as Pluto turns on 21 degrees Sagittarius, and conjuncts Inaugural Chart 2001 Solar Arc, Pluto and squares SA Venus. He is about to lose everything. He will lose Iraq and the hearts and minds of the American People. There has been an eerie silence across the country as the disaster of Katrina unfolds, there is almost a dream like state in America (unless you read the bloggers) about NO. Neptune is conjunct the Inaugural Mercury, but retrograde Mars in Taurus will have the effect of bringing the magnitude of the loss home soon enough and that must be our prayer.

Mars retrogrades on the Fixed Star Siran and he will be full of himself, swaggering, hubris, smirking and losing the hearts and minds. And the lies, oh my the lies, he will have to be tap dancing faster to support his war and the pandemonium in New Orleans because there isn’t enough National Guard to Guard the states. All resources in this country has been drained off for Iraq and soon people will figure out we are on our own if there is another disaster, we all can be left to die and floating in the streets and the hurricane season isn’t over, there are earth related disasters waiting to happen all over America.

On top of everything else, Mr. Rezident has to endure Saturn conjunct his Ascendant and Mercury this fall. Even if he doesn’t feel uncaring and cold and disconnected from his fellow man, he will be perceived as such with every potential of becoming “Mad Max,” with New Orleans as his “Thunderdome.” And we must not make the mistake of believing our outcries will have an effect, we must continue to work toward freedom of America, because the agenda of this administration is crystal clear and no amount of talking or pleading is going to “shift” their eyes off their focus of enslaving the United States and it looks like African Americans will be first and we need to stand up for them as loudly as possible, if for no other reason than to save ourselves. What is happening in Louisiana and Mississippi is deliberate.

If they tell you they didn't know, if they tell you they didn't realize, if they tell you they could not foresee, if they tell you they have sent help; don't believe them and they do not deserve to be called leaders. Remember that. Joe Scarbourgh, reporting from Mississippi.
