Originally the street’s addresses were haphazard and Number 10 started as Number 5. The last owner of the Prime Minister’s House in London was a man by the name of Mr. Chicken and little is known of him but he moved out in 1730 and it became the residence of the Prime Minister of England. The first Prime Minister to occupy, was Sir Robert Walpole and it’s been a bevy of activity and intrigue ever since, with the most famous figures in history crossing the threshold.
I mention this because of the continuous questions and concerns regarding the Downing Street Memo and its release through the London Times, a Rupert Murdoch owned paper. Why would the London Times print this leaked memo, why would he want to hurt George Bush? The answer or the key to that question might be it wasn’t Bush he was after, he has the New York Post and the Washington Times and Fox News for that here in America. It was the Labour Party in England he was after. Rupert is a conservative and looking to place another Maggie Thatcher in the Prime Minister’s office, and he nearly succeeded.
England did not return the Labour Party to office, they voted decisively for anyone but Labour, it was Scotland and Wales that tipped the thin balance in favor of Labour back into office. If anyone caught the first session of Parliament after the election, you’ll see that Labour adopted nearly all the Conservative agenda. It was Labour the London Times and Murdoch were after. We’ve just made America and George Bush the center of the universe and so we think everything is about him and us, it is not, we are only a piece of the cog, and Fox, Murdoch’s other American media is here to stop the spread of the Downing Street Memo. As I have said before, once chaos is introduced it’s hard to control where it will go, as Rupert maybe finding out.

May 1st the DSM made its introduction in England and Saturn was at 21 degrees Cancer, in an opposition to Tony’s Chiron; an applying square to his Neptune and Saturn moving toward and opposition to his mid-heaven. Mr. Blair was delivered a wounding and it isn’t over for him yet.
According to Walter Pincus of the Washington Post here in the US, the memo was actually written on July 21, 2002 and formalized and presented on July the 23rd. With Jupiter the Sun and Mercury in late degrees Cancer (Saturn applying toward those degrees now) and Mars early Leo (Saturn will hit Mars in Aug.) this Memo has not only far reaching effects for Labour in England and Tony Blair but for the United States and George Bush.
Saturn will exactly conjunct Blair’s Mercury and Bush’s Saturn on June 16th, the day Mr. Conyers has set as the day for the Downing Street Memo Hearings. This is not a good sign for Laurel and Hardy (Bush/Blair) however it does position them in place for an ending to hostilities, or a defining moment in time. The earthquake in California on June 14th helped to relieve some of the buildup of energy in the US.
Anyone remember my article the Three B’s, Bush, Blair and the BBC, they will not be able to get Pandora back in her box, and the seeds of their destruction were sewn over two years ago. On July 23, 2002 transiting Uranus was sitting on top of the US Moon, promising that the people of the US would one day be shocked over events of that spring and summer. More will be coming out as Saturn moves to an exact inconjunct of that Uranus, with help from transiting Pluto to major 2002 Saturn aspects.
I’ve been wondering what was going to happen when transiting Saturn opposed the US Pluto, now that I see transiting Pluto opposing the memo Saturn, I kind of think it’s going to go badly for our government, people are watching now, at least more are watching than before. One of our posters “Mike” pointed out the Andrea Mitchell article as a possible beginning of the death knell for Bush.
The memo itself (July 21, 2002, London, no time) has Jupiter/Sun/Mercury oppose the US Pluto and Saturn will conjoin and oppose US Pluto. Transiting Pluto is opposing the memo chart Saturn and probably conjunct the memo Moon. Looking at Bush, Blair, the Memo and T-Saturn, if they do manage to squeak through they are looking at a very restrictive term ahead. This couldn’t come at a worse time for either of them. They have domestic and foreign problems, serious ones. Blair’s Labour Party doesn’t like him too much now, and Bush’s Republican Party is beginning to split apart as they begin to concern themselves with the 2006 elections.
The split is never more evident than Bob Barr, of all people; the retired GOP Representative partisan attack dog from Georgia is up in arms over the extension of the Patriot Act and the secret hearings surrounding any discussion. Bill Frist is being investigated on campaign finances misappropriation. Ohio, Coingate, Voter Fraud is spinning out of control and Howard Dean is holding a press conference in Ohio on the 15th of June regarding Ohio’s situation, (well not Ohio, but Blackwell, Taft, Noe and Diabold Voting Machines.)
It won’t be just one of these things bringing down the Bush Administration, it will be a combination of these issues and they all hit at a time the lackadaisical media are becoming shamed out of their tendency to ignore and cover up what’s going on. Of course, massive falling ratings are helping to jar their slumber, that plus they know they have become a world wide joke.
Into this mess comes a knight in shinning armor – Representative John Conyers. Now here’s a guy who has been in Congress for several terms, no one special, just day after day doing his job. No great name recognition except from his constituents, no big power plays, somewhat marginalized, (like the GOP does to all black congressional representatives) and he is working day and night for the people of this country. He was a voice against the Patriots Act; he has been unstoppable in trying to bring attention to the Ohio election, Media issues, and now the Downing Street Memo.
JOHN CONYERS (The Knight in Shinning Armor – born May 16th 1929, Detroit, MI noon chart)
Representative Conyers Sun is at 25 degrees Taurus, 25 Taurus is married to Algo, the most evil and dangerous, violent of the fixed stars, unless there is also a benefic conjunct the Sun and in Mr. Conyers chart there is, Jupiter at 23 Taurus. As we all know, Venus is the ruler of Taurus and transiting Pluto is in a lovely trine right now to his Venus in Aries, and his Venus sextiles and trines Saturn and the Moon respectively in the Downing Street Memo Chart. “The Force” is with Mr. Conyers at this time. With the Sun/Jupiter conj. The Grand Mutation of the Jupiter/Saturn Conjunction of 2000 at 22 Taurus, Mr. Conyers shines the light on the results of the epochal ending of the last 200 years of Jupiter/Saturn conjunctions in earth signs, he cannot stop the ending but he can lead others to a different ending and beginning. No matter who or what Mr. Conyers has accomplished in the past, timing is everything and his time is now. The Downing Street Memo could be to John Conyers what Mark Felt was to Bob Woodward.
Freedom is one of those words that conjure different things to different people and you will find it inside of yourself. We trap our own selves into constraint and tell ourselves we are too old, too married, too poor, too many kids, to afraid to grab freedom in our lives and now our government has captured that fear and translated it into a real live Patriot Act, designed to enslave. We are a “fast food” people and most of us are looking for a huge single defining humiliating defeat for this group of thugs and self styled Caesars. They stand there and say “what? Nothing happened, nothing’s wrong,” and that goes for the GOP and beltway Democrats alike. After a while a person begins to feel like they are nuts and didn’t actually see what they thought they saw. According to the polls more people are beginning to question, voice their concerns and take a second look. The astrological timing machinations are moving into place now. The trigger will be Saturn, Mars and the Moon. Chiron on Inaugural Day conjunct US Pluto and they both squared the North and South Nodes. Saturn will soon oppose US Pluto and square Inaugural NN. The Minor Progressions (event progressions) to the Inaugural Chart has Venus conjunct the US Pluto and the Moon moving into a square of it all. While astrology can safely predict something will happen on these aspects to this administration, we cannot say what the outcome of these aspects will be or what impact they will have on the populace. Thus far, the media and the people have not reacted, with much enthusiasm, to do something about these events, like a TV Series, we just sit back and wait until the next episode. And so on April 16th Representative John Conyers leads us to episode 1, 628 of “America in Peril.”

Hearing time changed to 2:30pm on June 16th EDT. The Ascendant is 12 degrees Libra, MH is 14 Cancer (US and GWB Sun sits on the MH, giving a feeling of the US and Bush on trial) Mercury squares Jupiter (some flying hubris) Sun in the 9th has just passed an opposition to Pluto, so some of the drama hoped for will not be there. The Moon squares Venus and Venus inconjuncts Neptune (the whole story isn’t out there as yet) and the Jupiter/Mercury (with Jupiter in the 9th) underscores something held back, but Mercury inconjuncts Uranus (information still to come) Saturn is still in an inconjunct pattern to Pluto, (power thwarted?)
I will be listening carefully to the revealed information because this chart has several related aspects with 9/11 and the seeds of understanding that event is related in these Downing Street Minutes, within three days, three weeks, three months or three years could reveal the truth of 9/11 because of these hearings, we will have to be patient and remember this is just another episode in the continuing saga.
