I make it a habit to include appropriate quotes in this section. There aren’t any appropriate quotes for what is happening. A group people who are either the “missing link” or part of the “lost generation” are leading us through the dark night of the soul.
I do have one quote that seems appropriate from the David Letterman Show. In his “on the road” series, a woman from Minotta, Kansas was asked if she thought George Bush had heard of Minotta, and she said “I don’t think George Bush has heard of Kansas.”
I long for the good ole days when a Bush only embarrassed us by vomiting on Japan’s Prime Minister Kiichi Miyazawa. Who could know that the son and friends would end up vomiting themselves all over the world. The litany of offences grows every day, EVERY SINGLE SOLITARY DAY. Do they listen to themselves? Do they believe what they are saying? Are they insane (that gets my vote) or part of a giant Illuminati, Bilderburger, New World Order conspiracy?
We’ve been living “Up the Down Staircase” since 2000, and in case you haven’t heard the newest items from the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party, the Bush Administration now says they never said there were actually WMD’s and they never said or intimated that Saddam was part of 9/11.
Bush is going back to the UN (after he said they were irrelevant) and convince them they should put money and man power behind the Iraq incursion and give us all the profits. There will be a lot of dancing with the thought but it will be a tough sell.
I’ve heard political pundits (conservatives) say the US should tax the Iraqi people on their oil to pay for the bills we have incurred in the war the Iraqi people didn’t want. No mention was made that the oil in Iraq belongs to the Iraqi people and a tax would be their decision, not ours, that fact seems to have escaped some in this country. (certifiable)
Darrell Issa in California thinks it’s terrible that the judicial system is trying to usurp the democratic process. Darrell was the one who spent his money to usurp California’s democratic process in the first place, now he says that if one of the two leading Republican Candidates (McClintock or Schwarzenegger) doesn’t step aside he will reverse his position and work toward overthrowing the recall. Nuts anyone?
The Senate Democrats in Texas are being punished for leaving Texas during an illegal vote on redistricting. I think they’ve been grounded, but I’m not sure, I just know that the Texas Republicans want everyone to know that the Democrats have been very very bad kids and might have their cell phones taken away. “Big Daddy” is riding high and wide in this country, and by Gwad someone will have to pay for making them Texass Republicans wait.
Mercury has gone direct and Mars is sitting, choking every ounce of energy out of 0 Pisces, the gateway to Peace, well maybe not this year. The travel plans of Mars and Uranus this year and next will serve to jar up the Piscean concept of Peace as Mars aspects the 9/10 degree of the May 31st Eclipse as well as all the other aspects it makes as the God of War lopes his way through Pisces and catches the tailwinds of Pluto in a square the last week of November, this will set up a very stressful T-Square to GWB Uranus and South Node and the 2001 Inaugural Moon and Venus. Between that aspect and Saturn hitting his 12th House Sun, the stress is going to become intense for George and I don't know if he can handle it, and by the time of his 2nd Saturn Return (GWB Saturn rules his 6th house of job and health) he could be quite ill.
Mars and Uranus in Pisces could make us re-define the concept of "war is peace."
In spite of the fact that at 0 degrees Pisces Mars is conjuncting my South Node and bringing all kinds of past things with which I must face, I am very excited about Mars at this degree. The chart of the Cosmos over the summer and the next few months is so rich with meaning and bursting with potential. Uranus falling back to the US Moon and progressed Sun and Mercury portends the setting up of the US for a massive spiritual awakening. Nothing can be changed unless we first see what is wrong.
Now don’t get excited, it won’t happen overnight but it will happen and for that we can thank this cabal in office now, they’ve set up the whole thing. The Sabian Symbol for 0 Pisces confers 0 Pisces with the vision of being “deeply rooted in the past of a very ancient culture, a spiritual brotherhood in which many individual minds are merged into the glowing light of a unanimous consciousness is revealed to one who has emerged successfully from his metamorphosis.”
In short, we, the people, are awakening from a very deep slumber and Mars is just sitting there stirring and heating the pot.
Yes, of course we will continue with the insanity, craziness, and chaos but now it will begin to serve us by way of makiing sure we all know the origin of the craziness.
UN SPEECH
Doesn’t look good to me for the immediate future. The Ingress Sun is in a stress aspect to Mars (an inconjunct) our leader feels worn out and doesn’t exactly know how or where to apply his ego and energy. The Moon is coming up first on an opposition to Uranus and then an opposition to Mars at 0 Pisces. The most dramatic aspect however is the Inaugural Solar Arc Mars conjuncts the Ascendant of the UN Speech and very close to the South Node.
I don’t see anything from George’s efforts but more violence in Iraq and more in fighting among the Security Council players, although with Mercury in a separating sextile and trine to the Saturn/Chiron opposition there was a lot of talk prior to the actual speech and a lot of negotiation.
Bush would never have gone to the UN if he didn’t know they were willing to come to the table. There were several countries that still have some seething anger below the surface at the way they were treated and the “little prince” wouldn’t actually apologize, he just gave the rehashed canned speech of his last visit.
DEAN/CLARK (hopefully Vis will write more on this duo, he has a unique perspective on these two.)
Mr. Dean is losing some momentum with the jump of General Clark into the fray. Uranus has moved back to a square to his Chiron giving him a wound to his bid for President. He will continue to appear to lose some support (I predicted this a few months ago) when Mars squares his 10-degree Gemini Moon and this fall’s Ingress squares his Jupiter making him a bit sensitive. The key word here is “appear,” Dean will make a comeback when Uranus turns direct and trines his Uranus, providing he doesn't go off and take his marbles back to Vermont. If he can keep whatever momentum his has until the convention next summer his odds are still very good. At the very least the support he does have can translate into the VP spot.
If it’s Dean/Clark or Clark/Dean we will know by late winter or early spring. There is going to be a lot of power going with Clark, transiting Pluto is sitting on top of his Mars. Wesley Clark’s challenge is whether he uses that energy to mobilize the electorate or if he will just be angry. He will for sure be surprised at all the information the Republican Machine throws out there about him. (Mars Square his 10-degree Gemini Uranus) The combination of Dean’s Moon and Clark’s Uranus will be a powerful one for the American People.
Clark has passed his second Saturn Return for a go at something new, and the Presidency is certainly something new. His announcement came on September 17, at 1:17pm with the Sun coming to a conjunction to the midheaven and a conjunction to his Jupiter. Mercury was retrograde, but he has retrograde Mercury so I don’t see that as a problem. The Moon of this announcement chart conjuncts the ascendant of the 7:00pm Election Chart, indicating a certain amount of popularity on Nov. 2nd, 2004, and Venus was conjunct his natal Chiron, not your ordinary candidate.
General Hugh Shelton (Ret.) from the Joint Chief of Staff hinted that Clark had some integrity and lack of character issues and retired out of Europe early because of them. If that “taint” sticks we will know what they were when Saturn goes direct and conjuncts Clark’s Saturn two more times (once on the retrograde motion and once again direct.) However, Wesley Clark is an extremely cautious man and very protective of his reputation (Capricorn Sun) if he believes he has something to hid that would ruin that reputation, I don’t think he would leave himself wide open for personal destruction.

None of the Democrats running for the Presidency has generated so much interest as fast as General Clark, but the election is still a long way off, and the Democrats in this country are desperate for one shining star. With Pluto in the Announcement chart in the First House, he will be either loved or hated.
Clark’s entrance poses a real problem for Bush and Rove; if they continue to generate fear the people will look to Clark for salvation because he presents a stronger image than the now obviously fumbling Bush Team who is shrinking before our eyes. The “dead or alive” is now a joke, “WMD’s” – joke, “come and get us” – horrible black humor, “9/11” – obvious politicize, and the “flight deck suit” – fake and pathetic.
With General Clark on the scene I would bet we wouldn’t see any ads with George landing on deck with his “stuffed up suit.” With a “real, live, decorated war hero” and general to boot, Bush’s service record could easily get a lot more attention. What’s that you say, AWOL?
The Composite chart between Clark and Dean is very positive and interesting (need Clark’s birth time) except for a power struggle T-square between Moon, Jupiter and Pluto, however this energy can be used for global transformation if they use it for the greater good of all. We can only hope that the “greater good” is their intention.
SHOW ME THE MONEY
My father had a terrific talent as a coach in understanding the fundamentals of baseball, basketball and football and he always said “any game you play, the first rule is to always keep your eye on the ball.” As I, with millions of my fellow man watched the WTC fall, his words kept rolling around my thoughts. “Follow the ball, follow the money, keep your eye on the ball, follow the money.”
This administration is proficient in bouncing and juggling those balls around it’s pretty hard to know what to follow. They remind me of the Carney Con with the three walnut shells. We’ve become so dizzy chasing their bouncing balls that I got tired and decided to go back to the original, “follow the money.”
But where to start, it’s so vast, so spread out, such a long history, a long trail. For the United States I kept wandering back to the US Chart and the charts of the Depression of the 1800’s and 1929 and by accident I wandered to the Federal Reserve Act of 1913, and William Howard Taft (Republican) Teddy Roosevelt (Republican/Progressive) and Woodrow Wilson (Democrat) Taft and Roosevelt were, believe it or not, anti big business and the corruption they believed it brought to government with a resultant abuse of power.
In the election of 1912, big business and the increasingly powerful bankers backed Wilson. Taft and Roosevelt split the Republican Party, with Roosevelt siphoning off votes from Taft, the result was Wilson garnered 42 percent of the vote and won the presidency. The following year on December 23, 1913, at approximately 10:00am, with a bare Congressional quorum, Woodrow Wilson pushed through the Federal Reserve Act. And this is where our Astrological story begins, where the modern day ball, the ball this administration is using for their “shill game” starts bouncing.

The Federal Reserve Act (FRA) creating a US Central Bank has secretly, coldly, and with malice aforethought stripped this country nearly dry. The US Pluto sits right on the Ascendant showing the world our monetary power. Jupiter is in an applying conjunction to the Ascendant and the US Pluto, and an applying opposition to Neptune in the 7th, fooling everyone with smoke and mirrors, lies and stealing. The Federal Reserve has been busier than the Mafia in relieving us of our money, and they are just as big a gang of thieves, or bigger.
Several articles back I said keep your eye on Mercury, that is the messenger, and he is just getting warmed up in his revelations. Mercury is at 13 degrees Sagittarius opposing Saturn at 13 degrees Gemini; those separate the Pluto/Saturn opposition of 9/11 by minutes.
Transiting Neptune squared the FRA natal Moon, reinforcing the lies and obfuscation of the facts surrounding 9/11. The people are not allowed to know what really happened - yet. By the way, during the Great Depression, transiting Pluto was Conjunct the FRA natal Mars
I can’t help but wonder about the machinations going on behind the scenes of the Federal Reserve with Neptune squaring the FRA Moon for about a year, two when you take the applying aspects into account. In 2004 Saturn will conjunct Mars at 19 Cancer and the ego of Mars is very much tied to security needs when in Cancer.
By Election 2004 Saturn will be conjunct FRA Neptune, George Bush Saturn and opposing the USA Pluto. Frankly the whole thing reeks of corruption and fraud. Transiting Pluto conjuncts FRA Venus at 19 Sagittarius. Venus in this chart squares the North and South Node, with Pluto there the underbelly of the Federal Reserve could be exposed and it won’t be nice, however it will coincide with the exact time GWB might be feeling poorly.
Right now Mars is having a positive impact on FRA’s 1degree Capricorn Sun opposing Pluto at 0 degrees Cancer, and we will see a little bounce upward in the economy, but the “bounce” will be gone when Mars squares Mercury and Saturn and by election time the economy will seem to be lagging behind projections, just like Iraq is now.
Before all this is over we will be privy to the “sludge” in America from at least the last 60 years.
One final note if you will bear with me. I read an article today regarding Cheney not being the VP choice in 2004, that he was a liability for incurious George. I couldn’t help but think of Spiro Agnew (for those of you old enough to remember him, he was the abrasive VP for Nixon) Poor old Spiro Agnew, thrown out for tax evasion after he has plead his case down from taking bribes as a Governor to one count of tax evasion. By the time Agnew was tossed out of office, Nixon was already knee deep in his own problems. Spiro must be rolling in his grave watching what Dick Cheney is getting away with.
Agnew was born Nov. 9, 1918 and resigned Oct. 10, 1973; there were all kinds of progressed and transiting signs pointing to his fall, just as Dick Cheney has all kinds of progressed and transiting signs marking his own problems. However it’s better the enemy you know than the one you don’t, we may not like who is coming next, if Bush has a “next.”
It’s been my observation that there are three reasons why we tumble and fall off a high perch. Number 1. Arrogance
