The chart.
It looks like a party in Virgo . Tightly squeezed in between a Leo cusp at 13 degrees, which will color this crowd loud, boisterous, blustery, bombastic, a cacaphony of voices raised world wide. The 9th House has intercepted the sign of Virgo all of it, it leads off with the 9th House cusp 13 Leo and the 10th House cusp 01 Libra. The players in this drama are the New Moon, Sun, Jupiter, Venus, and a Mercury gone retrograde pedalling backwards to wreak more havoc on society and mankind and who just happens to be ruler of the house go Loki. I'm going to note the obvious here. Justice, Religion, International Law are highlighted by the 9th House, the things that our headlines are made up of this morning, and for many more mornings to come. The barbaric stoneing sentence in Nigeria only serves to amplify the savage religious extremes in the world today and I'd include Sharon, Arafat, and the Bush Administration in that class of religious zealots, not to forget the other bad boyz Osama and Saddam, not to forget the huge golden calf in Alabama being worshipped in the state house, the 10 Commandment Monolith. Folks have to have God/Goddess/It within not without, but these folks don't get it. I still think we are seeing the end of the Piscean Age in it's death throes as Aquarius ushers in a spirituality that is in harmony with all. Religions just can't go on the way they are today. Pedophile priests a centuries old tradition has gotta go, sorry Pope find someplace else to stick your dicks other then helpless children.
The Bush Administrations giant whine that they need more money to throw in the Iraqi Oil pits because of their poor planning, and unnecessary death and carnage we the citizens get the honor of paying for this in taxes or loss of services. I think Bush and his rich boy friend(s) should pay for it themselves, out of all the money he's looted from the U. S. Treasury to line their fat pockets so they could loot some more. Man Bush is a Pirate, Frito Bandito, muy paquito cajones (little balls). Bush's grip on reality is slipping, he's going down with the other crooks and the man is in denial, busted bucko no WMD and if they were to suddenly turn up, I'd look for CIA fingerprints all over those suckers. He is a man who has been shown to be a LIAR and oops when one lies and many people die one can kiss his second term goodbye. But expect more belicose bull to spill forth from his lieing tongue, forked that is, saying one thing and meaning something else all together. In the dark phase of the moon we saw the murder of the old pedophile catholic priest, followed by the murder of an autistic eight year old boy possessed by demons and murdered by whacked out christian fundies. In the world of International relations we see Colin Powel hat in hand telling the UN how they're going to send troops to a war they said was wrong, and now the Bush Team expects the rest of the world to pay for his mistakes with the death of their own troops, and under US authority, right like we have any credibility, boy whatever he's smoking package it and sell it! PM Howard when pressed about sending more Australian Troops backed pedalled, tripping over his own tongue, the Australian People aren't as deceived as the American Republican.
The 9th House has this huge planetary convention and in its opposite house, the 3rd, it is just fueling this frenzy with Mars and Uranus. We can all crawl back in bed and pull the covers over our heads it's going to be a wild world out there, expect the unexpected and in a powerful way. Well these two malifics are close enough to the U.S. Natal Moon to find the People fully engaged, the sharks are taking great junks out of Bush, Cheney, Rumsfiled, Bremer, Perle, Wolfowitz, Rice, and let us not forget the Kingpin Rove. Blair kiss him bye bye he's testifying and calling his own sentence as I write this. Transiting Chiron is in a nice tight opposition to the U.S. natal Sun who has transiting Saturn relentlessly approaching. Gives ya goose bumps.
So where's the earthquake? Real or political, or more worrisome still, social and religious. Upheaval, yuppers in spades. Like everything else this year the power signatures are all present for catastrophe, nationwide, worldwide, or localized. Taking a quick look at the U.S. progressed chart we find a strong square between Venus in the 4th House of the People and the U.S. natal Sun, which also finds progressed Jupiter retro'ing backward toward it as it sits on the 8th House cusp of death and renewal. Well that bodes ugly. Make it even darker, progressed Pluto sits at 29 degree Capricorn conjunct the progressed South Node at 26 Capricorn which all conjuncts the U.S. Natal Pluto in the 2nd House, ouch something is gona cost us some bucks. Gee are we suprised? Not.
The precursors to this new moon are indicative of disaster and loss, gee no kidding. Within the recent hours of the day a commuter jet has crashed off of Hyanis Port, upons it's heals a school bus crashes over an embankment, a man has gone postal in Chicago killing six former co-workers, earthquakes in Hawaii near Kilauea and one in New Jersey, the 10 Commandments have been moved as Christians weep and wail in Alabama. Now on brighter note Ashcroft is being sued by Dr. Hatfill, he's the scientist Ashcroft wants to pin the anthrax attack on. Patriot I and Patriot II Acts are soon to close and hopefully the courts will continue to nullify Ashcrofts destruction of the Bill of Rights. Good thing American's are made of tougher stuff, we will survive.
We the people are taking a hard look at the state of our nation, 'We' don't like what we see from sea to shining sea. Pluto is changing direction and once again moving direct, it's gona wallop the U.S. image, the change is in the wind.
Well I say let's have a bbq, gather together over the Labor Day holiday having good times with friends and family. Despite all the doom and gloom we all need to party and to take the time to remember those who are scattered accross the world in the name of George's crusade...this Bud's for you. The really good news...the kids have gone back to school. Enjoy life whenever you can, and take a stand, let your voice be heard. In the meantime it's football season.
