I don’t think he is prepared for the anger that will come toward him from people all over the world. The Moon for Washington when “shock and awe” began is in the 4th house indicating anger on the home front and anger toward the home front. There will be retaliation. In Washington Jupiter was retrograde in the 1st House and in Baghdad it is on the Midheaven. Mr. Bush took his obscene and egregious self-power and rained it down over Baghdad. GW’s natal Pluto right smack dab on the Midheaven of this chart, along with transiting Jupiter, and Mars is inconjunct. They did not and do not know how to use the power they now have in their hands, the result is a jumble. The Inaugural Chart represents what a particular administration will experience and how that relates to the administration and to the US and with Mars in the 7th squaring Mercury and Uranus in the 10th keeps the angry circus going for this administration. Out of their self-created pandemonium will spring revolution. They couldn’t make a movie out of the last two years because the audience couldn’t keep track of the plots and sub-plots.

This Inauguration foretold violence, lies, mistakes, hubris, anger from our friends and open enemies alike, and most important: Saturn in the First House. Among other things; Saturn here creates situations that constantly confront this administration and the US. With Saturn here we must all learn to love and cooperate in order to attain fulfillment. This Saturn was retrograde and went back to meet it’s square to Uranus, a break from the old to the new. What we are seeing now is a fight of epoch proportions to hang on to the old way of doing things. Uranus will win this fight because time is on his side.

Look at what is happening in the world besides this war. Unlikely people are standing together against this war: The Christians and Muslims, France and Germany, and of all people, Russia and China. This solidarity for peace is incredible and didn’t exist even during WWII. In other news people are questioning the relevancy of the monarchy, the Catholic Church, movie stars, Presidents, Corporations Prime Ministers, the UN.

We the people have elevated these politicians and paid them homage, gave them power over us, gave them all our money, worked to make money for them, so they wouldn’t have to work. George Bush thinks he is making a change in the world toward an empire, just as we the people are deciding we don’t need empires; we need to get along, and we need to share. The omen here, and one to pay attention to, is the United States is destroying a dictator in order to establish a dictatorship, and the world will not bow to another dictator and will destroy the new dictator.

We have let our power be usurped for generations and we will have to stand in our power in order to get it back. And believe me, the “stars” are on our side. Pluto in Sagittarius, Chiron in Capricorn, Neptune in Aquarius, Uranus in Pisces, these are powerful planets and energies and they are all in signs of the collective, pushing and demanding the wholeness of society and these planets will win the race for collective wholeness, no matter how it has to get done.

Everyone who knows this is already part of the solution to the problems that have been created.

On April 4th Jupiter turns direct and begins its final march toward an opposition of Neptune—that will be when this bubble starts bursting. And would you just look at this, Solar Arc Neptune and transiting Jupiter are in an exact opposition. My goodness. This is a real prescription for mass delusion, deception (could our President not be getting accurate information?), lies… it’s hard to keep track of reality with these aspects. For Bush, both of them are aspecting his Mercury. How tiresome; whatever grand schemes this administration has, will meet the cold hard facts of life when Jupiter slips out of the foggy grasp of Neptune, which it will, about the time Saturn meets itself at 29 degrees Gemini. (Reference the “Red Alert Article”) That was when Congress said “go to war George, anytime you like.”

Did you ever have the experience of sitting around a table of like-minded people planning, let’s say an event? It all looks so good on paper. You do this and I’ll do that, and the people will follow. The event or project begins, I’m doing that and you’re doing this, but the people are not playing the part they were supposed to play. That’s what is happening in Iraq right now, and we can thank Pluto opposing GWB Uranus, and Saturn square Neptune and Pluto sitting on the Inauguration Moon. The Turks are invading the Kurds, and the Kurds want to keep hold of Northern Iraq and are fighting the Turks. There is another group that has come into the picture, a group connected to Al Qaeda who wants to bring true Islam to Iraq and the Kurds are saying, “get out or we will kill you.”

The US doesn’t want the Turks fighting the Kurds, but the Kurds want Northern Iraq as their country. Turkey and the Ukraine say no, and Turkey has sent 1,000 troops to stop them. Throw in a few different Muslim Sects and everyone is fighting everyone else and creating unexpected problems for the Bush war. And to top it all off, they cannot find any Weapons of Mass Destruction and the rest of the world figures the US will plant some biological chemicals just to prove their point. Are you confused? To quote Dan Rather “it’s quite a mess right now, and creating problems for the war effort.”

The 29 degrees Gemini also squares the 29-degree Sun in Pisces, when this war started. A VOC Saturn squaring a VOC Sun—well this doesn’t feel good for our boys in Washington. They could be singing the tune of “oh yes I paid the Piper, I paid him very well, I paid him what he asked me and now I live in hell.”

Whatever happens around the time Saturn hits 29 degrees will be an omen of what’s to come when Saturn moves into Cancer. One of our readers on the comment page mentioned how hard Saturn on your Sun can be, and history can certainly attest to that. Saturn on the US Sun has always been a painful time for the United States. I cannot imagine it will be an easy time for GWB since his Sun squares his Moon. However, there is much to dissect before we get to Saturn in Cancer. This administration still has to get through their Neptune illusions and Pluto power plays, as evidenced by the fact they don’t seem to grasp what’s going on around them. Pluto is just sitting, sitting, sitting on the Inaugural Moon, and squaring Inaugural Solar Arc Venus, opposing GWB Uranus and progressed Midheaven. Mars is going to go back and forth in opposition to GWB’s Mars, as it retrogrades in Pisces through July and August. That ranch in Crawford isn’t going to have enough air conditioning to keep him cool. By that time Saturn will be squaring his Neptune and all his pre-natal planets (his subconscious) this could be a very dangerous time for the President, for his health and for scandals.

All astrological paths lead us to the same conclusions over and over, this administration is in big trouble; since the Election 2000, when no one spoke out, to 9/11, it took months for people to ask “what went on here,” and now at least 48 percent of Americans are speaking up regarding this war—it won’t take the people much of a leap to speak out about other inconsistencies. However there are additional issues to watch and we need to keep out antennas up for the impact on our lives.

We can continue to expect war, fabrications, unrelenting attack on our Constitution, Bill of Rights, women’s rights, and civil rights, fabrications, restrictions of our movement, fabrications, scandals, fabrications, right-wing judgments, fabrications, marketing and spin to make anyone who dissents seems like the enemy, fabrications, poll numbers that don’t add up, fabrication, and fear, the ever present specter of manufactured fear. This administration is on a mass campaign to brainwash and enslave the people of this country, they aren’t the first and won’t be the last, we just got lazy and they thought they could do this. They can’t, so don’t lose heart. And don’t be fooled by a “party title” whether it’s Democrat or Republican, watch what our leaders do, not what they say.

I am a person who is always for the under dog no matter how awful that person is or how much I may dislike or mistrust them. When I start feeling sorry for someone I know they are about to be the under dog and about to get a big karmic stomping. I almost, but not quite yet, feel sorry for George Walker Bush.
