The leaders of these countries are not trying to hurt the US, they are trying to preserve what is left of the UN and age-old diplomacy—A hard won diplomacy forged out of decades of wars and dead bodies and economic disasters. It seems that some in Europe are not ready to pitch all that work over for Cowboy Joe’s demands, and my goodness, aren’t “we” having a fit in Washington.

I rather suspect part of their “pull” away from war with America is a little bit of a spiteful jab at the incredible lack of sensitivity toward the rest of the world’s feelings that our administration projects onto anyone and everyone; plus, the present American just isn’t trusted. Not trusted? Imagine that! The rest of the people in the world don’t want to be our pawns. Why don’t they like us? The overwhelming and unnecessary rudeness and arrogance of this administration, the secrecy, lies, ignorance, and covering up has cost the United States valuable allies. A President born with Mercury/ Pluto in fire sign Leo and transiting Pluto in another fire sign Sagittarius has exposed more than hubris (an overused word meaning “a very great belief in your own importance”). It has exposed an attitude of superciliousness, arrogance and ego so out of control it invites revisiting the psychological definition of a socio-path—or maybe we learned this at Yale and the Skull and Bones. We have a wild bunch of boys in the White House who are running amok lusting and drooling for war, like vampires waiting for the blood to flow, and “old Europe” is trying to rein them in.

Astrologically we have a plethora of aspects:

1) A Mars/Pluto conjunction just opposed by the Moon.
2) Saturn close to stationary and less than a degree away from US Mars and an applying square to US Neptune. Saturn to the US Neptune has a very interesting history of humiliation and lies catching up to America’s leaders, but that is another story.
3) There will be a full moon opposing the Sun and transiting Uranus.
4) Jupiter opposes transiting Neptune and close to the US natal Moon.
5) There are asteroids, fixed stars, sucking black holes all over the place.
6) Transiting Pluto and Mars conjuncts the Eclipse of last June, and the Inaugural Moon.

Amid all this our government wants us to buy duck tape to save ourselves.

The UN (Oct. 24, 1945 8:00am New York, NY) is doing what they can, and with their Mars/Saturn conjunction in an applying conjunction to GWB’s Saturn, they are doing what they can to stop him and they aren’t too pleased with his Khrushchev impression. George has, ostensibly, Mars and Pluto opposing his natal Uranus, which alone can make him manic, borderline, over the edge and ready to kill. Even NATO (Aug. 24, 1949 12:30pm Washington, DC.) has their Moon and Saturn conjunct George’s Mars, they aren’t happy either.

All eyes are on Iraq, Saddam, America and George Bush, some say they are all the same. Just to throw another thought out there, energy is just energy and this energy is volatile. It doesn’t have express itself through Iraq, it could be a nuclear accident, earthquake, terrible plane crash, North Korea lobbing a bomb at South Korea, or even a fight breaking out in Pakistan and India. It could explode absolutely anywhere. Iraq is just one possibility. Is there any hope at all in this mess, or should we stock up on “duck tape” to protect us through the Color Orange?

I think there is a light at the end of this tunnel, and it has come about in an odd sort of way for America. Remember 6) from above? The Eclipse of June 10, 2002 at 20 degrees of Gemini fell right across George’s Uranus, North Node, and his progressed Mid Heaven. It fell close to the US Mars and the Inaugural Moon, transiting Mars and Pluto are now in conjunction to that degree. That eclipse is in Saros Series 4 North relating to “restriction, inhibition, restraint, separation and illusions. EVENTS OCCUR WHICH BLOCK THE INDIVIDUAL.” (Bernadette Brady The Eagle and the Lark) George has certainly had plenty of restriction and he isn’t taking it well and the world is watching.

His progressed Profection and Vertex charts show restriction to his actions; bring that together with this eclipse and things are not going his way. If he continues along this line of fantasy, and goes against the restrictions laid before him, he will be a man to pity. With Mars in the soup mix now, there is every reason to believe that he will foolishly continue on this course. His progressed Sun is close to his natal Mars giving him the energy to be his own worst enemy. I fear George Bush has not learned to put away his “childish things.” There is no mistaking that he and his bevy of little men are bringing their own destruction upon themselves, not Europe. Little by little, step by step the world is moving away, and will leave him isolated with his 12th house Cancer Sun, it’s happening now.

The American people will have to stay strong as he brings the whirlwind down upon us, because if he can’t fight somewhere, he will fight us as he turns his fears of not controlling everything upon this country. We will need to fight back, and hopefully, in a peaceful way. This is not just a George Bush crossroad, this is America’s crossroad and we will have to decide which side of the road we are on. I can guarantee you that this isn’t a 30 minute sitcom; this is going to take time and energy to walk free again. But we will have to stay the course or we will end up, as Claudia Dikinis says, with “the fourth Reich.”

For those of you being aspected by the same planetary energies, try to find your own peaceful solutions to personal issues. Don’t forget to gas up before the weekend and buy your duck tape; the George Bush Administration is on the prowl and they are in an ugly mood, ready to play nasty with the rest of the world.
